System uptime is enhanced by the use of our remote support, which is available for both the FEMTO LDV and GALILEI systems.

System uptime is enhanced by the use of remote support, which is available for both the Femto LDV and Galilei systems. In order to take advantage of the capabilities offered with remote support, active Internet connection to the devices is required. DHCP connection is encouraged, but not mandatory. 

Remote Support is supported by the Teamviewer 9 application. When requesting remote service, the Teamviewer ID is required.
